We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date under certain conditions.
Hair
Extensions, Hair Padding & Eye Lashes
We accept returns if the product have not been removed from their original
packaging and are in the same condition as they were received. Once packaging
is opened, it cannot be exchanged or returned for any
reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair product
exchanges must have the seal intact and not broken, and no exceptions can be
made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to
open it. Do not open the product until you are sure the color will work for you
or your client.

We accept returns if items are in their original condition and not used.
Refund/Exchange Process
- Contact us
- Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local Canada Post office.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued.
Will
I have to pay return shipping fee for my order?
No. We will pay the shipping fee for you! Why? Because you placed your trust in
us and that’s our way of saying thanks even if you want to return your order.
In short, you literally have nothing to lose by placing an order 🙂
Additional information
- If the name of a product ends with the words ‘Final Sale’, it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable.
- All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund because unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded.
- We will pay your shipping fees if you wish to return your order, but if you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees.
- If there is a problem, we will try to solve the issue in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; however, absolutely no exchanges are possible after 30 days of delivery date.
